Cayan Awards Arabtec Construction of Silverene

Cayan Investment & Development has awarded Arabtec Construction LLC, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding PJSC, the contract to construct the prominent Silverene Towers, located in world’s most exclusive waterfront development at the Dubai Marina.

The Silverene Towers will be constructed over a two year period and will be one of the most prestigious residential developments of its type with 35 floors in Tower A and 27 floors in Tower B, including numerous Podiums levels, a Ground level Plus 3 Basement levels.
Commenting on the award of the project, Arabtec's CEO Mr. Riad Kamal expressed his delight and said: "We are pleased to construct yet another project for CAYAN and Arabtec looks forward to working with Cayan on this exciting development”. He added: "Silverene Towers will add to Arabtec’s diversified portfolio of projects around the region and confirms Arabtec’s commitment to working on, and completing, quality construction to the very highest of standards our clients are demanding and getting accustomed to."

Cayan Investment & Development, the developer of the Silverene Towers project are also the developers for the world famous icon, the Infinity Tower which is also being constructed by Arabtec, also stated their delight for the project.
